Construction

Making

“I think every time you make anything

like a painting or whatever you do, you go with ideas

and sometimes the past can conjure

those ideas and colour ‘em.

Even if they are new ideas the past colours them.””

The art life, David Lynch, 2016

Since 2007, I have been crafting in Seville viols for musicians of the highest level. Usually, Imake these instruments by commission. Please, check out the different viols I have constructed, and if you believe it's necessary for us to develop a model that suits other specifications, don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

As a luthier and viol maker, I build viols to the highest quality standards. I start with original models and, through the geometric study of historical instruments, I offer modifications to existing models and create my own designs. Each viola da gamba I craft is unique, carefully designed, and created with passion. I commit to using top-quality materials and artisanal techniques to ensure exceptional sound and optimal response. My goal is to provide musicians with the opportunity to experience the beauty and expressiveness of these instruments, both in historical and contemporary settings.
